How do I sign up?

Download the Novas Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account with your email and phone number, and start earning points immediately with your first purchase.

Is there a membership fee?

Novas Rewards is completely free to join. There are no hidden fees or charges for maintaining your membership or redeeming your points.

How long do Novas last?

Standard Novas are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Super Nova members enjoy extended 24-month validity on all earned points.

Can I transfer Novas?

Yes, Novas Rewards members can transfer Novas to family members or friends who are also registered in the program through the mobile app.
